Rabi é uma expressão que aparece em alguns textos bíblicos. Logo, muita gente possui certa curiosidade sobre o que significa Rabi. Outra expressão relacionada a esse assunto é o termo Raboni, e neste texto nós veremos a aplicação e o significado de tais expressões. Qual o significado de Rabi? Rabi vem do grego rhabbi ou rhabbei e é uma transliteração de uma palavra hebraica usada como uma expressão de respeito e honra. No hebraico, o termo rav significa “grande”, “mestre”, e acabou tomando o sentido de “professor”. Originalmente, a expressão “Rabi” era usada como um tipo de marca de respeito, no sentido de reverência. Logo, Rabi significa literalmente “meu mestre”, “meu grande mestre” ou “meu ilustre senhor”. Depois do século 1 a expressão “Rabi” passou a ser usada como uma espécie de título atribuído a mestres e líderes religiosos, se afastando um pouco de seu significado e aplicação original. Geralmente, recebia o título de Rabi um judeu considerado culto e doutor da Lei, alguém que havia estudado as Escrituras por muitos anos. Os Rabis, além de ensinarem as Escrituras, também escolhiam homens que seriam treinados como seus discípulos, para que, um dia, talvez também pudessem ser Rabis. Uma variante do termo Rabi foi aplicada a Gamaliel, quando este foi chamado de “Raban“, um título mais elevado que Rabi, e que significa “nosso mestre“. Tal fato foi registrado na Mishnah, uma das principais obras rabínicas. No Novo Testamento, o termo “Rabi” é aplicado uma vez a João Batista e pelo menos doze vezes ao Senhor Jesus. Em relação a João Batista, o mesmo é chamado de Rabi no episódio em que houve uma contenta entre seus discípulos e um judeu acerca da purificação. Quando foram ter com ele para questioná-lo acerca de Jesus, usaram o termo Rabi Jo 326. Quando o termo é aplicado a Jesus, muito provavelmente se refere ao sentido de honra, ao invés de seu significado técnico. Uma passagem interessante está no Evangelho de Mateus 237, onde Jesus ensina a seus discípulos para que não desejassem o título de Rabi, pois para eles, apenas um é o Mestre. Dessa maneira, eles agiriam de forma oposta aos escribas e fariseus que se deleitavam com as saudações nas praças e com o título de Rabi dado a eles pelos homens, ou seja, entre os religiosos da época, tal título era usado muitas vezes como sinal de orgulho e exaltação. Outra passagem importante sobre esse tema está no Evangelho de João, onde temos a narrativa do encontro entre Jesus e o fariseu Nicodemos que era um dos principais dos judeus. Na ocasião, Nicodemos se dirigiu a Jesus com a seguinte frase “Rabi, sabemos que és Mestre vindo da parte de Deus” Jo 32. Qual o significado de Raboni? Raboni vem do grego rhabboni ou rhabbouni e possui origem aramaica, tendo o mesmo significado do termo “Rabi”. Alguns identificam o termo “Raboni” como sendo uma forma mais intensificada do termo “Rabi”, ou seja, seria um tratamento mais solene geralmente aplicado quando nos referimos a Deus. Maria usa o termo Raboni ao se dirigir a Jesus após a ressurreição Jo 2016. O mesmo versículo já esclarece o significado do termo Raboni como sendo “Mestre”. No Evangelho de Marcos, também encontramos outra ocorrência do termo Raboni sendo aplicado a Jesus, quando o cego, filho de Timeu, responde a pergunta de Jesus acerca do que ele queria que lhe fosse feito. Ao responder, ele disse “Mestre ou Raboni, que eu veja”.

Mintalah Allah SWT untuk memberikan keturunan yang akan selalu mengingat pentingnya menjaga salat. Mintalah Allah SWT untuk memaafkan dirinya. Meminta Allah untuk mengampuni kedua orang tuanya. Meminta Allah untuk mengampuni seluruh umat. Jadi apa sebenarnya isi doa ini? Ya Tuhan kami, ampunilah aku dan kedua ibu bapakku dan semua orang yang beriman pada hari diadakan perhitungan hari Kiamat.” Pada hari penghitungan/hisab’sesungguhnya Allah akan membalas tiap-tiap orang terhadap apa yang telah dilakukannya. Sesungguhnya Allah amat cepat perhitungan-nya.” 1451 Sebaiknya kita membaca doa ini sesering mungkin, selain doanya indah dan isinya meminta Allah banyak hal, terutama meminta keluarga yang baik. Sangat baik untuk diri sendiri, anak Anda dan juga kedua orang tua. Bahkan doa ini juga memohonkan maaf seluruh umat Muslim. LATAR BELAKANG LEBIH LANJUT DARI DOA INI Nabi Ibrahim AS menyebut ayahnya yang merupakan orang musyrik dalam doa ini karena dia sudah berjanji akan berdoa kepada Allah agar ia diampuni. Maka tatkala ia menyadari bahwa bapaknya itu adalah musuh Allah, maka dia berlepas diri dari memohonkan ampunan-Nya. Kisah ini disebutkan dalam Surat At-Taubah Ayat 114. “Adapun permohonan ampunan Ibrahim kepada Allah untuk bapaknya, tidak lain hanyalah karena suatu janji yang telah diikrarkannya kepada bapaknya. Maka ketika jelas bagi Ibrahim bahwa bapaknya adalah musuh Allah, maka Ibrahim berlepas diri darinya. Sungguh, Ibrahim itu seorang yang sangat lembut hatinya lagi penyantun.”
